Terms and Conditions

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS :

Deposits:

Low Season: A one night deposit is due at time of booking with the balance due on arrival.

Peak Season: For bookings during our Peak Seasons (Christmas, Easter & School holidays) a deposit of $100 is due at time of booking and full payment for booking is required 30 days prior to arrival.

Bookings longer than 4 weeks during our Peak Winter months will require a deposit of $100.

Cancellations & Refunds:

Low Season: 7 days notice for a booking cancellation is required and refund of deposit paid will be given. Less than 7 days notice will incur a cancellation fee of deposit paid or a credit of deposit paid will be applied to your guest account for a future stay and to be used within 12 months of being applied.

Peak Season: 14 days notice to be given for a cancellation during peak periods and deposit paid will be refunded. Less than 14 days notice will incur a cancellation fee of deposit paid or  a credit of deposit paid can be applied to your guest account for a future booking. To be used within 12 months of credit being applied.

Covid Cancellation Policy: A full refund of deposit paid will be given for guest/s who can not travel due to being in isolation when either they have had a positive test result or are a close contact of a positive case. Guest who are unable to travel due to boarder closures will also be given a full refund of deposit or credit applied for a future stay. Guest who are choosing to cancel booking because they do not want to travel are offered a credit only for a future stay, no refund will be given.

PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES.

Park Information & Park Rules

Reception Hours: 9AM – 5.30PM (Mon – Sat) 9AM-5PM 9 (Sun)

Arrival/Departure: Check in from 11am – Check out 10am

Pets: We do have a pet friendly section. For online bookings with pets you must book a pet friendly powered grass site. If you are travelling with more than one pet, please phone and get managers approval for other pets. Strictly one pet per site over peak periods unless approved by management. Please refer to Pet Policy for more information.

Site Occupants:  A maximum of 6 persons per site.

Vehicles: One vehicle permitted per site unless managers approval.

Children: Guests are responsible for the supervision of their children. Management take no responsibility for children who are unsupervised. Scooters and Bikes are permitted but riding only permitted during daylight hours and helmets must be worn. Children must not ride under boom gates or repeatedly around the entry exit areas or gutters.

Boom Gate Fobs: There will be a $20 charge should you misplace or damage your boom gate access fob. Fobs are not to be used to give access to visitor cars.

Visitors: All visitors and vehicles are to register at receptions. Visitor vehicles are not permitted in the park unless given permission by staff. Visitors must also comply to park rules and are to have left by 9pm.

Smoking: Smoking is not permitted at entrances to park buildings or common use areas, barbeques, amenities, camp kitchen or pool area.

Fires: Open fires/naked flames are not permitted anywhere within the park under Local Law.

Speed Limit: 8 km p/h or walking pace. Roads are shared areas for pedestrians and bikes also and these guidelines are for the safety of all guests. You may be asked to leave if you don’t adhere to the speed limit.

Laundry: Washing Machine and Dryers are $4.00 per load and accept $1 and $2 coins.

Park Facilities: In consideration and comfort of ALL guests please use park facilities in good manner. Clean BBQs and kitchen area after use and keep shared amenities in clean hygienic order.

Pool: Open 8am till dusk. Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. No Glass or Dogs permitted in pool area. No Running, diving or bombing permitted.

Waste: Guests are to use designated dump points for grey & black waste. Cleaning or disposal of fish waste is not permitted with in the park.

Dump Pit: We have two dump pits in the park, one is located on the exit of the park and the other is located behind the amenities building towards the back of the park. Ensure wipes and other sanitary items are not being used as they block the dump point. Both dump pits have been installed for your convenience please respect them and other guest who wish to use them.

Noise:  Please be considerate of all guests in relation to noise both verbal and TV/radio volumes. We ask you to respect our park quiet time from 9pm. And restrict noise from social gatherings after this time.

Intoxication: Excessive use of alcohol or behaving in a socially unacceptable way will not be tolerated. Excessive or inconsiderate behaviour to others or unacceptable language will not be tolerated and management reserve the right to evict guests and visitors from the park should they fail to comply with these rules. No refunds will be given to guests who have been evicted.

Security: Illegal or disruptive activity will be reported to police. Guests are advised to practise vigilance during their stay and management recommend securing valuable items at night or during absence as management will take no responsibility for theft or damage. Please lock your vehicles at night.

Evacuation Procedure: Displayed in reception & Amenities. In the event of an emergency make your way to the designated emergency assemble point beside the pool.

Early Departures: No refunds will be given should you choose to depart early.

PIER PARK PET POLICY

We love to welcome pets to our park but we do expect a few simple rules to be followed to ensure the comfort of all guests so we are able to remain a pet friendly park.

  • One pet per site (unless approved by management or staff).
  • Pets are to be registered on arrival
  • Pets are to be on a lead at all time whilst in the park.
  • Pets are prohibited from Reception, Laundry & Amenities, Camp kitchens, TV Games Room & Pool.
  • All mess is to be cleaned up and disposed of immediately.
  • Pets are not to be left unattended on sites.

You may be asked to leave if there is excessive barking or ongoing disturbances to other guests
